This website is deliberately minimal: it collects nothing other than what you choose to send by email.

No cookies, no trackers, no forms

This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers, no audience measurement and no third-party scripts. It contains no forms and loads no external resources: the stylesheet, logo and icons are served by the website itself. No consent banner is therefore needed.

Emails you send us

If you write to jpmdc@chastenay.co, Chastenay Corp processes the data contained in your message (name, email address, any contact details and content) to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare a collaboration.

• Legal basis: Chastenay Corp’s legitimate interest in replying to the requests it receives (GDPR, article 6(1)(f)) or, where your request concerns an engagement, pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR, article 6(1)(b)).
• Retention: 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example accounting records if an engagement is concluded).
• Recipients: Chastenay Corp only. Messages are hosted by its email provider, acting on its behalf. Your data is neither sold nor transferred.

Hosting provider’s technical logs

To deliver the pages and protect the website against abuse, the hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). Chastenay Corp does not use this data to track browsing or measure audience. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (GDPR, article 6(1)(f)).

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See its privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to and restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to jpmdc@chastenay.co; you will receive a reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or online at cnil.fr.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only, with strict security headers (HSTS and a script-free content security policy).

This policy is a translation; the French version prevails.
